Northway Christian Community Church Wexford, PA Project Type: Expansion Project Cost: $4.7 million Due to the significant growth of their church, North Way Community Church has initiated the development of a long-range plan to guide church expansion. As part of their planning process, North Way has retained Astorino to develop a campus master plan for their current site. As part of our master plan services, Astorino has been asked to determine: Seating capacity for a new sanctuary building (currently 1,200 seats), youth and adult classroom requirements, alternative uses for their existing sanctuary space, how building expansion should occur on site, corresponding parking requirements, optimal traffic flow patterns, building imagery, implementation timing and costs.
