The new lab will be located on an existing parking lot in the south central campus area. The project has just begun the Programming Verification Phase and is expected to be completed and occupied in 2011.

The current Program developed by the University includes an 11,275 bgsf 1-2 story building with the ability to expand in the future. The facility will feature administration spaces, faculty offices, classrooms, nursing skills lab, clinical simulation lab, and storage areas.
