Senior Vice President
Mr. Linder brings nearly 30 years of experience in architecture to his role at Astorino. His experience includes successful projects for the commercial, healthcare, sports, education and residential markets.
As one of seven Studio Leaders with the firm, Mr. Linder currently leads the Commercial, Corporate, Higher Ed and Sports Studio. His responsibilities include marketing, project planning and management, design development, client relations, subconsultant coordination, construction administration, strategic planning, staffing, scheduling and contract review.
Particularly strong in management and coordination, these strengths are founded in excellent communication skills, a broad and fundamental knowledge in the design and detailing of buildings, his aptitude as a precision problem solver, and his patience.
Mr. Linder’s strengths and abilities manifest themselves through a list of projects that is varied and complex. As project manager of two of the largest and most successful projects in the firm’s history, the $555 million Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Replacement Facility and $190 million VA Pittsburgh Asset Realignment Program, Mr. Linder’s responsibilities included client user group coordination, the direction of diverse and simultaneous project components, and the integration of project requirements within large complex project sites.
