| Dorothy Quintana Community Center at Roberto Clemente Park Miami, FL Project Type: New Construction Project Cost: $1.8 million Astorino has designed a one-story community center building at Roberto Clemente Park located in the City of Miami. The firm was responsible for Master Planning the proposed facility and other components in harmony with the overall configuration of the park as well as architectural design. The community incorporates approximately 9,000 SF. of administrative, recreational and social areas, such as offices, arts and computer classrooms, meeting and exhibit halls. The community center includes a 1,000 SF day care center and an outdoor playground area. In addition, there are areas of storage, restrooms and food-serving areas. The site improvements include new landscape areas with associated drainage and irrigation work. |
